Staying In Love. Raphael Saadiq.
Gorgeuos video by Raphael Sadique. I'm a little bit upset it took so long to make this. He has been holding onto these soulfully updated jams from his new (not sure I can call it that anymore) album for quit some time. He needed to have made like 4 of them aleready. Awesome album. Side note: The video reminds me of the beginning of Mad Men....but soulful/funky.

Go Plastic Tree. Go Plastic Tree. Go Plastic Tree.
As much as I hate, hate, hate Gap spots, I'm always excited to see their holiday spot. They are usually riddled with with semi-famous people staring straight into the camera, and I find myself wondering how many multicolored stripes can fit on a single scarf. Well this year they took a different approach (or they tried). They hopped on the dance band wagon. I mean....if that's even a bandwagon. Dozens of attractive mid 20 year-olds dancing around and cheering- and then that random girl (clearly a model) sliding around on the floor. Anyway...enjoy it if you can (unless you're a christian that is). Glee-ful.

Wow, that dress is pretty.
"It is the largest wearable display in the world."
The GalaxyDress provides a spectacular and mesmerizing effect being embroidered with 24000 color LEDs, Constructed using the smallest full-color LEDs that are flat like paper and measuring only 2 by 2 mm. It is on display as the center piece of the "Fast Forward: Inventing the Future" exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. The museum has commissioned the GalaxyDress for their permanent collection.
But it must be hot as a mutha***. And does the creepy music come with the dress or is it sold separately?

Is he the Devil?
Yeah...that just happened. A public news caster asked if the sitting President of the US was the devil.

This is Why I Love NY: "Yeah you with the beard."
Save the Mariachi Band that got on my train at 9am this morning playing music like that was ok. The worst part...someone gave them money, like that was ok. F*cking twit.

Destino by Salvadore Disney.
Destino from only one on Vimeo.
In 1945 Spanish painter Salvador Dali and Walt Disney collaborated on an animated short that was intended to be a segment in the animated epic Fantasia.
You know....not every artist in the world is meant to collaborate. And while this is perfectly fine....it certainly did not belong in Fantasia.

New Twists on old Classics.

done by AD, Drew Beam. He also did a funny Obama character. It pays to be multitalented creative. Literally and figuratively.
