13 yr olds... today. I remember my usage of curse words when I was a kid. When I got really really mad at my parents, i would lock myself up in my room and curse...just loud enough for me to hear, but not one else. lol. I feel like commonsense would tell you not to say the C-word infront of grown ups. Especially, grown ups on national tv.
