And I just might get it. I mean...the last time I wanted an action figure, I was very successful (hint, hint). It's sitting on my desk at work. He (Alfonzo) is lonely....and needs a friend that is about something (hope/change). By the way, these are by jailbreaktoys.
"They only met once, but they stayed crunchy forever.
They were five total stranger with breakfast in common, meeting for the first time. A leprechaun, a monster, a cap'n, a tiger and a rabbit.
Before the day was over, they broke the rules. Ate breakfast for lunch. And watched saturday morning cartoons at school, something they never dreamed possible."
And here I thought my new year was getting off to a craptastic start. But no, someone always has to one up me. Below are pics of a man who got on a ski lift with his kid, fell out, was de-pantsed and left dangling upside down showing his privates to everyone on the slop for like 15 minutes. Embarrassing? Yes. Will he get muchodinero from it? Yes. Sometimes you have to weigh these things out.
Someone (you know who you are)tried to convince me to see the epic christmas blockbuster Marely & Me. Thank god I ran into these.
Yep. A real life vandal in LA just cut that movies earnings down a peg or two. But really....what did you think would happen? Dogs dont live for ever. Oh by the way... in the movie Valkyrie...Hitler comes back.
I like that feeling you get when you are watching a spot and your brain is literally putting together the pieces before it is seen. And though you know (or at least think you know) the payoff seconds before hand...the fact that you figure it out, makes it all the better. That's what makes this spot a brilliant piece of creative.
I am upset that we, the American people, keep getting duped out of our money (which ends in poor people still suffering and rich people still profiting), but all I could think after watching this is..."damn, media placement makes out like a f*ckin bandit."
I'm pretty sure my 3 year old godson could've made that print ad.
...stripping robots could be considered kinda eerie. but they could also be considered kinda hot. these robots are created by Giles Walker for the Behind the Shutters gallery in Britain. Oh those Brits...always so behind, yet so ahead. Or is it vice versa?
I also have a tendency to enjoy a good lesbian flicks. The thing about lesbians is that they aren't as consistent as say...dragons, ninjas or zombies. Lets face it, alot of lesbians are just drunk girls (or vampires) looking for attention or they are confused/fighting the system girls (or vampires) lacking a father figure when they grew up. If we found a way to work dragons, ninjas and zombies into this thong, we would have a pretty solid movie I think. Perhaps 300 Vampire Ninjas vs. Lesbian Zombies from Sin City doing battle on Middle Earth with Mary Poppins reffing.
Can we say Oscar?
P.S. In the meantime, here is the trailer for the new Street fighter movie based on Chung Li's life. I'm assuming that kids today are not into Street Fighter like those of the early 90's (me), but that preview was pretty weak and does not bring back the nostalgia needed for me to drop $12 on 42nd street. Unless they are trying to evoke the nostalgia I have for decent movies.
Smart Ads from _____. Durex Performa contains benzocaine (a mild anaesthetic), which helps men last longer in bed. They even made these pillows in real life and handed them out to men. Pretty genius....except for the whole anaesthetic on the penis thing...
Jeeze, 3rd post of 09 and Im already getting dirty.
Sorry...it literally took 2 days, multiple comatosed food deliveries and alot of bad reality tv for me to recuperate from my New Years activities and drag myself to a computer screen. "Code 10-Man Down." I must wish you a late Happy New Year! I wouldve done a Top 10 or something, but lets be honest...I don't get paid for this. I have no resolutions (cause that's my new resolution), but cheers to 2009. We shall see how it turns out...
