The FDA plans on making these packages mandatory for all cigarettes sold in America. Oh but these are just a few....there are like 10 different designs. Gotta collect them all, huh?

My opinion...this is a little bit much. If it were to pass, the cigarette koozie business will be booming.

I'm just saying....if you can't stop people from doing drugs illegally, what makes you think you can stop smokers?
